Delivery of my order
Where can I have my order delivered?

Wailer delivers worldwide.

For France, you have the choice between several modes of delivery: Colissimo, Mondial Relay.

For international shipments, we send our packages through Colissimo international.

Who delivers my order?

The ordered products will be delivered by the Post Office (sending Colissimo with follow-up for Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco and sending Colissimo international for the other territories) and Mondial Relay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In case of immediate availability of the ordered Products, the average delivery time is :

  • delivery in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco within 3 to 5 working days (average preparation and delivery time of the order)
  • a delivery abroad of approximately 8 working days

These deadlines are given as an indication only.

I want to change the content of my order, how do I do it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to add or remove one or more items from your order. If you wish to return one or more products after delivery, please go to the conditions to know our return conditions.

I made a mistake in the delivery address, can I change it?

Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible for us to change your delivery address. If the order has already been taken over by the warehouse, we will not be able to change it. Please contact us as soon as possible via contact@wailer.com.

I want to change my delivery method, is it possible?

Unfortunately not, it is not possible for us to change this setting while the order is being processed. 

Payments, refunds and promo code
What are the payment methods for ordering on your site?

Only payment by credit card is possible, via your credit card or Paypal account. All payments are secure.

Can I pay in installments?

Choose PayPal at checkout to take advantage of the 4X Pay with No Fees feature.

Payment in 4X is available subject to acceptance, for purchases from 30 € to 2 000 €. French PayPal account required. Only for individuals residing in France. See general conditions of the payment in 4X

I have paid extra customs fees, will you refund me?

When you order outside of France, customs fees may be applied to your order, these remain at your expense.

I have a coupon code, where can I put it to benefit from it?

Before validating your cart, you can insert your promo code just below your order details.

Then click on "Apply promo code" to get your discount. 

If you did not add your code at the time of adding to the cart, you can always enter it at the time of payment "Do you have a coupon code? Click here to enter your code".

Where can I find Wailer cream?

Wailer cream is an over-the-counter product. You can find it in a few pharmacies or specialty stores ( Find Us page) and in many online retailers.

What are the different formats available?

Wailer cream is available in 25ml, 100ml and 250ml tubes.

What is the minimum age to use Wailer?

Wailer is recommended from 15 years old for cutaneous reasons.

Is it possible to use Wailer in pregnant women?

As with any product containing essential oils, Wailer is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women.

Can the cream be used by Vegan people?

Using no animal ingredients, Wailer is compatible with the Vegan philosophy. In fact, ourur products are tested, only, on our friends and families 😉

Is Wailer cream natural?

All the active ingredients in Wailer are 100% natural.

How long can I keep my cream once it is opened?

In addition to its effectiveness, the CBD has virtues of conservation which protects the cream during all the duration of its use.

Why use Wailer?

Wailer's composition, developed with the help of sports health specialists and clinically tested, will relieve your muscular pains after your sports session or in your daily life.

How do I dispose of the Wailer cream?

According to the sorting logo, the tube is recyclable: You can throw it away in the garbage can reserved for plastic waste.

Where is the product manufactured?

The raw materials and the formulation are elaborated and shaped in Grasse (06).

Can I get samples before I order?

We do not send samples alone, without prior order. Do not hesitate to consult our selection of 3 tubes 25mL perfect to test on several days before investing in a larger format and to make benefit around you also wink

How many times a day can I apply the cream?

As many times as necessary and without moderation!

How to apply the cream?

Apply and rub in the necessary amount with a light massage.

How long does my product last?

For daily application: 

  • 25 mL : +/- 10 days
  • 100 mL : +/- 3 weeks
  • 250 mL : +/- 1 to 2 months
CBD
What is the role of CBD?

Multiple studies, including those conducted by Wailer, highlight the anti-inflammatory effects of CBD. On the other hand, CBD acts on the receptors of the endocannabinoid system in beneficial ways.

Is CBD legal?

The World Anti-Doping Agency removed CBD from the prohibited list in 2018. It is therefore allowed to use CBD in sports practice, whether amateur or professional.

In addition, we have begun a process of SPORT Protect certification, a guarantee of safety for athletes!

SPORT Protect: What is it?

SPORT Protect is a labeling program that provides a third-party, independent guarantee of compliance with the requirements of anti-doping legislation. The labeling of nutritional products integrates the European anti-doping standard NF EN 17444. Since 2005, SPORT Protect has been raising awareness, informing and protecting athletes from the risks of of inadvertent doping.
